马六甲华校校友会联合会于1978年9月27日注册，是马来西亚国内最早成立的州校友联。 本会宗旨：
1. 对内联络各友会感情，促进彼此间的了解，鼓励各华校校友会成立校友会，协助母校发展，推动健康文艺、体育及福利活动
2. 对外经常关注华校之发展
