（马六甲15日讯）马来西亚房地产发展商会（REHDA）马六甲分会获国家房地产资讯中心（NAPIC）颁发“最佳数据提供者”表扬，肯定该会长期配合提供房地产市场数据。

马六甲房地产发展商会会长拿督吴俊豪出席在马六甲国际贸易中心举行的国家房地产资讯中心最佳数据提供者表扬仪式暨PRISM 2.0南部区研讨会，并接受有关表扬。

马六甲房地产发展商会会长拿督吴俊豪表示，该会获得有关肯定，反映房地产发展商与政府机构之间的合作关系，同时也体现业界在房地产市场数据收集及分享方面所扮演的角色。

他说，准确及可靠的房地产数据，对掌握市场供需、价格走势及整体发展趋势相当重要，也能为政府制定相关政策及房地产市场规划提供参考。

“马六甲房地产发展商会将继续与马来西亚估价及产业服务局及国家房地产资讯中心保持密切合作，配合提供相关市场资料，协助推动房地产市场朝更健康及可持续的方向发展。”
