Pertubuhan Amal Seri Sinar (P.A.S.S.), also known as Recycle for Charity, is a self-sustaining environmental non-profit organisation founded on 3 November 2003 by Dato’ Dr. Eadon Ching Ten Song. believes that goodness has roots, grows through education, and must be translated into real, measurable action. The organisation transforms recycling and environmental responsibility into long-term social
impact, aligning closely with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. promotes recycling, reuse, waste reduction and large-scale tree-planting initiatives to reduce landfill dependency and support climate resilience. Socially, the organisation converts recycling value into direct assistance for underprivileged children, single-parent families, schools and community projects. In terms of governance, P.A.S.S. operates with transparency and accountability, and is a registered NGO recognised by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government and affiliated with WANGO (World Association of NGOs). Over the years, P.A.S.S. has established a strong recycle-for-charity ecosystem across the Klang Valley, delivered environmental education programmes to schools and corporates, and provides more than RM500,000 in annual student aid to support access to education. continues to create shared value by enabling communities and partners to participate in sustainability-driven charity—proving that environmental action can uplift lives and build a better future.

明亮慈善之家（Pertubuhan Amal Seri Sinar，P.A.S.S.），又称“以回收行善（Recycle for Charity）”，成立于 2003 年 11 月 3 日，由 拿督程天送博士创办，是一家自给自足的环保非营利组织。
机构以 *善根文化 IP（Universal Goodness Culture IP）为核心理念，坚信“善有根、善可育、善必行”，并将环保行动转化为可衡量、可持续的社会价值，全面实践 **ESG（环境、社会与治理）*精神。
在环境层面，明亮慈善之家积极推动资源回收、再使用，减废行动及大规模植树计划，协助减少垃圾填埋并提升环境韧性；在社会层面，将回收所得回馈社会，长期协助孤儿、清寒学生、残障人士、单亲家庭、学校及社区项目；在治理方面，机构依法注册、运作透明，并获得马来西亚房屋及地方政府部认可，同时隶属 世界非政府组织协会（WANGO）。
多年来，明亮慈善之家已在巴生谷建立完善的“环保回收行善”网络，持续为学校与企业提供环保教育，并每年发放约 50 万令吉学生援助金，协助清寒学子安心求学。
