Pertubuhan Amal Seri Sinar (P.A.S.S.), also known as Recycle for Charity, is a self-sustaining environmental non-profit organisation founded on 3 November 2003 by Dato’ Dr. Eadon Ching Ten Song. believes that goodness has roots, grows through education, and must be translated into real, measurable action. The organisation transforms recycling and environmental responsibility into long-term social
impact, aligning closely with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. promotes recycling, reuse, waste reduction and large-scale tree-planting initiatives to reduce landfill dependency and support climate resilience. Socially, the organisation converts recycling value into direct assistance for underprivileged children, single-parent families, schools and community projects. In terms of governance, P.A.S.S. operates with transparency and accountability, and is a registered NGO recognised by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government and affiliated with WANGO (World Association of NGOs). 机构以 *善根文化 IP(Universal Goodness Culture IP)为核心理念,坚信“善有根、善可育、善必行”,并将环保行动转化为可衡量、可持续的社会价值,全面实践 **ESG(环境、社会与治理)*精神。
