Join us for the “Give Blood Save Life” Blood Donation Campaign on Sunday, 17 May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Emart King Centre. Your blood donation can help prevent shortages at the Blood Bank, Sarawak General Hospital, and save lives in times of emergency. All eligible donors are encouraged to come forward and support this meaningful cause. Free goodie bags will be given to donors. Let’s come together and make a difference. First Aid Workshop Highlights 🚑
Date: Friday, 1st May 2026
Venue: Chung Hua Middle School No 1, Kuching
Organised by: Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin Branch
In collaboration with: Chung Hua Middle School No 1 & SJK Chung Hua No 5 Kuching
What an inspiring day! Over 250 enthusiastic students from various primary schools across Kuching came together with a common goal — to strengthen their first aid skills and knowledge. 💪
Interactive Learning in Action
From station games to fun quizzes, the workshop was filled with hands-on activities that made learning first aid exciting and memorable. These engaging sessions not only taught essential life-saving skills, but also helped the students bond and work together as a team. 🤝🎲
The energy and enthusiasm were contagious, as everyone supported and encouraged one another throughout the day!
Youth Leadership & Community Spirit
A special shoutout to our amazing youth leaders who stepped up to guide and mentor their younger peers. Through this opportunity, they developed leadership skills, gained confidence, and truly embodied the spirit of service. 🌟
This workshop was more than just learning first aid — it was about building character, responsibility, and a sense of community. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success!

Safe Steps Kids @ SMK Batu Lintang , Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Kuching

📍 30 January – 8 April 2026

Over the past few months, our students didn’t just learn; they practised how to stay safe, think fast, and act wisely, especially on the road 🛣️.

Through the Safe Steps Kids Programme by the Red Crescent Youth Unit 19, Batu Lintang Red Crescent, Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin Branch, Malaysian Red Crescent Sarawak Chapter students explored real-life scenarios; from everyday risks to emergency situations equipping themselves with essential life-saving knowledge.

Because safety isn’t just a lesson… it’s a life skill.

From teamwork and creativity to confidence in decision-making, these young learners are hopefully more prepared to protect not only themselves, but also those around them.

A heartfelt thank you to all facilitators, teachers, and student volunteers who made this meaningful journey possible ❤️
