TEGAS at FEIAP 2026

The Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) 2026 was officiated by the Premier of Sarawak, The Right Honourable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg.

TEGAS Chairman, The Honorable Datuk Haji Len Talif Salleh, delivered the Executive Keynote Speech on “Climate Engineering: Advancing Sustainable Futures”. SK Ulu Entaih Explores Digital Innovation at TEGAS Digital Village

1 September 2026 – TEGAS welcomed 30 students and teachers from SK Ulu Entaih, Julau for an educational visit to TEGAS Digital Village.

The interactive experience gave students an opportunity to explore technology, develop an interest in STEM and digital innovation, and discover their potential through learning beyond the classroom.

28 August 2026 | The Project of Dreams Realized (PRO-DR) 2026 Roadshow in Lundu concluded with participation from students, parents, educators and the community as they explored education, skills training and career opportunities.

The exposure helped participants better understand pathways aligned with their interests and potential, while building the confidence to plan their education and career journeys. 28 Ogos 2026 | Jerayawara Project of Dreams Realized (PRO-DR) 2026 di Lundu telah dirasmikan oleh Yang Berhormat Encik Billy Sujang, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri N.01 Opar merangkap Ahli Lembaga Amanah TEGAS.

Dalam ucapannya, beliau menekankan kepentingan penguasaan teknologi dan pembangunan modal insan dalam mempersiap generasi muda menghadapi transformasi digital dan perkembangan AI. Beliau turut menegaskan kepentingan memperluas akses kepada pendidikan berkualiti agar komuniti luar bandar tidak tercicir daripada arus pembangunan Sarawak.

28 August 2026 | The Project of Dreams Realized (PRO-DR) 2026 Roadshow in Lundu was officiated by The Honourable Encik Billy Sujang, Member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly for N.01 Opar and TEGAS Board of Trustees.

In his speech, he emphasised the importance of technological knowledge and human capital development in preparing the younger generation for digital transformation and the growth of AI. He also stressed the importance of expanding access to quality education so that rural communities are not left behind in Sarawak’s development.

28 August 2026 | Lundu marks the 12th stop of the Project of Dreams Realized (PRO-DR) 2026 Roadshow, continuing efforts to bring education, skills training and career opportunities closer to the community.

The strong turnout of students, parents, educators and community members from the early morning reflected a keen interest in exploring various education and skills pathways, while gaining a better understanding of options that match their interests and potential.
