Thank you to Madam Sheila Kho for conducting the workshop on “Introduction to Polymer Clay Craft” on 23 May 2026.

During the workshop, KAA teachers had the opportunity to learn how to create polymer clay keychains through hands-on activities. The workshop provided valuable exposure and creative skills training for the teachers, helping them enhance their creativity, fine motor skills, and teaching techniques.

The knowledge gained from this workshop can also be applied in classroom activities and vocational training for KAA students in the future.

Today, 9 May 2026, Kuching Autistic Association successfully carried out a meaningful gotong-royong activity in collaboration with Sarawak Energy Berhad at the KAA garden area and surrounding compound.

The activity brought together parents, teachers, staff, volunteers, and SEB team members in the spirit of teamwork, care, and community engagement. From cleaning and organising the surroundings to gardening activities, everyone worked hand in hand to create a cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming environment for our students.

Beyond the physical work, today’s programme reflected the importance of inclusion, understanding, and support for individuals with autism. Every contribution, no matter how small, carried a meaningful impact towards building a caring and supportive community.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all parents, volunteers, and the team from Sarawak Energy Berhad for your time, effort, and dedication in making this programme a success.

Together, we continue.
