📢 MRGEC2026 is Happening Now!

The Technological Association Malaysia (TAM) Sarawak Branch is proud to be a co-organiser of the 1st Malaysian Regional Geotechnical Engineering Conference (MRGEC2026), held from 17–19 June 2026 at The Imperial Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak.

Under the theme, "Resilient Ground, Sustainable Future," MRGEC2026 brings together engineers, technologists, researchers, academicians, government agencies, and industry professionals from across the region to exchange knowledge, strengthen professional networks, and explore innovative solutions to today's geotechnical challenges.

Jointly organised by JKR Malaysia, JKR Sabah, and JKR Sarawak, and co-organised with TAM Sarawak Branch, MBOT, IEM Sarawak Branch, and the Malaysian Geotechnical Society (MGS), this conference welcome approximately 700 participants and features over 40 exhibition booths showcasing the latest developments and technologies in the field.

✨ TAM Sarawak at ICCEGT 2026 ✨

Members of the Technological Association Malaysia (TAM) Sarawak Branch joined the International Conference on Construction, Engineering and Green Technologies (ICCEGT 2026) held on 24th–25th April 2026 at Impiana Hotel Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

This prestigious conference, jointly organized by TAM and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), brought together professionals, academicians, researchers, and industry experts from various fields of construction, engineering, and green technologies. The event served as an excellent platform for knowledge sharing, professional networking, and the exchange of innovative ideas in advancing sustainable development and technological excellence.

TAM Sarawak members actively participated in the conference sessions, engaging in discussions on topics such as AI-driven design and engineering, intelligent manufacturing and automation, smart cities and sustainable systems, as well as smart and sustainable materials. The conference also highlighted the importance of innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration in shaping the future of the engineering and technology sectors.
