OR whatever. Helmut Lueckenhausen can buy seasonal parking pass for half year or one year. So he no need to queue like us(students) fighting each other like idiot to get the seasonal parking pass. I wonder how he feel if he queue for 2 hours to get the seasonal parking pass.
