Date : 14 December 2025 (Sunday)
Time : 2pm till 4pm (with light refreshments)
Venue : Royal Lake Club Kuala Lumpur, Taman Tasek Perdana, Jalan Cenderamulia, Off Jalan Parlimen, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
Dress code : Smart casual

Proxy Voting Procedure:
1. A Member who is entitled to vote may from time to time, appoint as his proxy any other Member who is qualified to vote.
2. Every instrument of proxy shall be in writing according to Schedule 1 - Form of Proxy and shall be signed by the appointer and deposited with the Secretary at least twenty four (24) hours before the time for holding the Annual General Meeting.
Please use a proxy form to appoint a proxy if you are not able to attend.
