This competition provides an excellent platform for members to demonstrate their knowledge, practical skills, teamwork, leadership and commitment to delivering quality first aid and home nursing care. It is also an opportunity to learn, gain valuable experience and connect with fellow members from across Sarawak 🥳

🔙 Throwback to the St. John Ambulance Sarawak Foot Drill Training Workshop 2026 held at SJAS Headquarters on 16–17 May 2026 🚑

Over two days, members learned and practiced various foot drill movements, command delivery, squad management and parade procedures💪 The workshop also helped strengthen discipline, teamwork and confidence among the members ☺️

Thank you to all trainers, organisers and participants for making it a meaningful and enjoyable experience! We look forward to seeing these skills put into practice at future events and parades 🥳
