Noble Regent Pledge 'Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Mulia' 弘丰关怀慈善协会 Noble Regent Pledge is a NGO supports no only other NGO Bodies but also providing assistance to the underprivileged communities in Malaysia.

The Noble Regent Pledge (Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Mulia Masyarakat) was founded by Ulrick Sim on 22nd May 2017 with the intention to support not only non-profits charitable organizations but also community outreach such as schools in need of funding or study programs, assistance in rural or urban areas, old folks and people with disabilities. Noble Regent Pledge provides leadership, advocacy and

professional development, and promotes volunteerism, networking opportunities and information sharing. Noble Regent Pledge also believes fostering social enterprise, social innovation and cross-sector collaboration are key strategic priorities in building stronger and more inclusive communities.

Our Story

The Noble Regent Pledge (Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Mulia) was founded by serial entrepreneur Ulrick Sim on 22nd May 2017 with a noble intention that is to help the underprivileged communities in Sarawak, Borneo.

Noble Regent Pledge focuses on two projects / categories. One, is Education and the other is Medication or Medical Assistance. Each projects are divided into two (2) sections. For instance, Awareness Campaign and Put In Effort To Make a Difference. Noble Regent Pledge provides leadership, advocacy and professional development, and promotes volunteerism, networking opportunities and information sharing. Noble Regent Pledge also believes fostering social enterprise, social innovation and cross-sector collaboration are key strategic priorities in building stronger and more inclusive communities.
