Twenty years later, I have come home. ⚜️

Gilwell Park, England—the birthplace of Wood Badge training since 1919 and the spiritual home of Scout Leader training worldwide. Countless Scout leaders have walked these grounds, carrying forward the values of leadership, service, and friendship.

Today, after two decades, I stand here once again—this time proudly wearing the new Malaysia Scout Uniform. Time may pass, but the memories, the lessons, and the spirit of Gilwell remain forever.

Once Gilwell, Always Gilwell. 🇲🇾🇬🇧

🌟 PPRM CONFERENCE & ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2026 🌟

A historic milestone has been achieved as PPRM Cawangan Sarawak proudly served as co-host for the PPRM Conference & Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 for the very first time.

The conference and AGM brought together leaders, commissioners, adult members, and delegates from across Malaysia in the spirit of unity, fellowship, and shared commitment towards the continued growth and development of PPRM.

Throughout the conference, delegates engaged in meaningful discussions, reviewed the association’s achievements, exchanged ideas, and charted the way forward for the future of PPRM. The AGM provided an important platform for members to participate in decision-making and strengthen the foundation of our organization.

As a first-time co-host, PPRM Cawangan Sarawak is deeply honoured to have played a role in this significant national event. This opportunity reflects the growing strength, dedication, and commitment of our members in contributing to the success of PPRM at the national level.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the National Council, organizing committees, delegates, volunteers, and all participants whose support and cooperation made this event a memorable success.

May the friendships forged, ideas shared, and aspirations discussed during this conference continue to inspire us as we move forward together.

Some gatherings bring people together.

Borneo ATAS Gathering II 2026 brings family together. ❤️

Different backgrounds, different journeys, but one shared spirit of friendship, service, and unity.

As we gather in the beautiful Land of the Hornbills, may every handshake become a friendship, every conversation become a memory, and every moment become a story worth telling.

The gathering was graced by the National Chief Scout as the Guest of Honour.

Amongst the agendas of the gathering was the presentation of the Brotherhood Commendations which were The Bronze Malayan Tiger Award, Long Service Award, and Certificate of Commendable Service to those members who have fulfilled their duties in the furtherance of promotion and development of the brotherhood.

We can’t wait to welcome all ATAS members to Sarawak for a truly memorable gathering.
