十年前，喜乐双福从一个小小的开始出发。
一路走来，我们陪伴特殊需求成人学习生活技能、接受职业训练、参与工作，并一步一步建立自信与能力。

有些进步，在别人眼中也许只是一小步；
但对学员与他们的家庭来说，却是一次又一次来之不易的突破。

我们正在寻找一位有耐心、有爱心、有责任感的伙伴，加入喜乐双福关怀协会的餐坊团队，一起陪伴特殊学员学习餐饮技能、建立工作能力，并帮助他们在实际训练中变得更独立、更有自信。

这不只是一份准备餐点的工作。
你也将成为学员学习路上的陪伴者、引导者与榜样。

主要工作内容:
协助带领学员学习厨房技能与餐饮工作、示范工作步骤、给予个别指导，并监督厨房卫生、安全与工作纪律。同时协助记录学员的学习表现，并配合餐坊日常运作。

我们正在寻找这样的你:
具备耐心、爱心与责任感，愿意与特殊学员互动并陪伴他们成长；能够团队合作、积极学习。拥有餐饮或烹饪经验者优先，没有相关经验但愿意接受培训者也欢迎申请。

F&B Assistant Trainer（Full Time）

House of Joy is looking for a patient, caring and responsible individual to join our F&B team.

This role is more than preparing meals. You will guide and support special needs trainees as they learn kitchen skills, workplace responsibilities and greater independence.

Main Responsibilities:
Guide trainees in kitchen and F&B tasks, demonstrate work procedures, provide individual coaching, maintain hygiene and safety standards, monitor trainees’ progress, and support the daily operations of the café.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Is patient, caring and responsible, enjoys working with special needs individuals, works well in a team, and is willing to learn and grow. F&B or culinary experience is an advantage, but applicants who are willing to receive training are also welcome.

💰 Salary and benefits will be discussed based on experience and suitability.

Over the past decade, we have walked alongside adults with special needs, supporting their journey from learning daily self-care and adapting to new environments, to developing vocational skills, contributing through their work, and growing in confidence and expression.

今天，我们在喜乐双福举办了《特殊青少年的成长特性》专题讲座。
Today, we held a seminar on “Growth Characteristics of Special Needs Adolescents” at House of Joy.

特别感谢来自台湾屏东伯大尼之家的李韵珊总督导，在这次紧密的行程之后，仍然特地留下来，为喜乐双福的家长、同工，以及关心特殊需要群体的朋友们分享她多年陪伴与照顾特殊孩子、青少年及成人的宝贵经验。
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Director Li Yun-Shan from Bethany Home in Pingtung, Taiwan. Despite her tight schedule, she stayed on to share her many years of valuable experience in accompanying and caring for children, adolescents, and adults with special needs with our parents, staff, and friends who care about this community.

这不只是一场讲座，更是一份很珍贵的提醒——
每一个特殊孩子的成长，都需要更多理解、更多耐心，也需要家长、机构与社会一起同行。
This was not just a seminar, but also a precious reminder—
Every special child’s growth requires more understanding, more patience, and the joint support of families, organizations, and society.

感谢李韵珊总督导用生命的经历与实务经验，帮助我们更深看见特殊青少年的成长需要，也让我们再次学习如何用更合适的方式陪伴、支持和接纳他们。
We are grateful to Director Li for sharing her life experiences and practical insights, helping us better understand the needs of special adolescents and teaching us how to accompany, support, and embrace them in more appropriate ways.

【企业善意同行 · 让无障碍旅程更加顺利】

在本次《2026国际无障碍旅游东马行暨友善城市推动交流会》中，我们衷心感谢 Borneo Mobility Sarawak Sdn Bhd（Toyota Pending Kuching）慷慨借用一辆 Toyota Veloz 及一辆 Innova Zenix，支持活动期间的交通安排。

这两部车辆在 24日至29日 的活动期间，协助我们接送来自台湾、日本、马来西亚半岛、沙巴、砂拉越及本地的讲员、嘉宾与朋友们，让机场接送、酒店往返、讲座交通、用餐安排及本地移动都能更加顺利、安全与有序地进行。

对喜乐双福而言，这份支持不只是车辆上的帮助，更是一份企业对社会公益、OKU群体、无障碍旅游及友善城市理念的实际行动。因为有这样的企业愿意伸出援手，我们才能更好地接待远道而来的朋友，也让这场跨区域、跨文化的交流活动能够更加圆满地完成。

From 24 to 29 June 2026, these two vehicles greatly assisted us in arranging transportation for our invited speakers, guests, and friends from Taiwan, Japan, Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, and the local community. 2026国际无障碍旅游东马行暨友善城市推动交流会
轮走障碍 · 看见可能

这几天的交流会与旅游行程，对我们来说不只是一场活动，更是一段深深被触动、被开启眼界，也被激励的学习旅程。

我们很感恩能够邀请来自台湾、日本、西马、砂拉越本地，以及不同领域的资深讲员、伙伴、OKU朋友、照顾者、社会福利单位、旅游业者及关心无障碍议题的朋友们，一起在古晋相聚，交流经验，分享生命，也一同思考：砂拉越如何可以成为一个更友善、更共融、更有爱的城市。

透过每一位讲员的分享，我们再次看见——
无障碍旅游不只是“方便轮椅使用者出门”，
更是让每一个人都能够安全、自由、有尊严地参与生活、走进社区、看见世界。

我们也学习到，一个真正友善的城市，不只是看高楼有多美、发展有多快，而是看最需要被帮助的人，是否也能够被看见、被尊重、被接纳，并且拥有参与社会的机会。

这次活动让我们深深相信：
砂拉越有很大的潜力，可以成为马来西亚，甚至东南亚更具代表性的友善旅游与无障碍城市示范地。

2026 International Barrier-Free Tourism East Malaysia Tour & Friendly City Advocacy Exchange
Breaking Barriers, Embracing Possibilities

These few days of exchange sessions and tourism experiences were more than just an event for us. They were a meaningful journey of learning, reflection, inspiration, and renewed vision.

We are truly grateful to have welcomed experienced speakers, partners, OKU friends, caregivers, social welfare organizations, tourism industry representatives, and friends who care about accessibility and inclusion from Taiwan, Japan, West Malaysia, Sarawak, and various sectors.

Together in Kuching, we exchanged experiences, shared life stories, and reflected on an important question: How can Sarawak become a more friendly, inclusive, and compassionate city for all?

Through the sharing of every speaker, we were reminded once again that accessible tourism is not only about making it easier for wheelchair users to travel. It is about allowing every person to participate in life, enter the community, and see the world safely, freely, and with dignity.

We also learned that a truly friendly city is not measured only by how beautiful its buildings are or how fast it develops. It is measured by whether those who need support the most are seen, respected, accepted, and given the opportunity to participate in society.

This programme has strengthened our belief that Sarawak has great potential to become a leading model for friendly tourism and accessible city development, not only in Malaysia, but also in Southeast Asia.

Our heartfelt thanks to all speakers for generously sharing their valuable experiences.
Thank you to the government agencies, tourism partners, sponsors, collaborators, volunteers, and every participant for your support.
Thank you to everyone who chose to walk this journey with us.
