欢聚一堂 喜迎新春

关丹华扬扶轮社于2026年3月8日举办了一场温馨而热闹的新春聚餐。活动当晚，社员们携同家人欢聚一堂，共同庆祝农历新年的到来。

在扶轮这个大家庭里，大家亦是社员，亦是家人，在彼此的陪伴与支持中，凝聚出最真挚而温暖的情谊。

正值新春佳节，大人小孩齐聚互动，在喜庆氛围与璀璨灯饰的映衬下，现场更显温馨热闹。

用心投入 照顾弱势 《B40物资派发计划》

关丹华扬扶轮社坚持每月进行《B40物资派发计划》，在2025年最后一个季度 (9月至12月）持续每月走入甘孟与关丹社区，把生活物资亲手送到需要的人手上。

这是一项没有喧哗的服务，却看得见社员用心投入、付出无所求的坚持。

我们深信，关怀不在于规模，而在于是否持续；在一次次的服务中，广结善缘，让善意慢慢汇聚，温暖更多家庭。

关丹华扬扶轮社，一直走在社区服务的路上。

Rotary Club of Kuantan City continues its commitment to monthly community service through the "B40 Aid Distribution Program".

In the final quarter of 2025 (September to December), our team remained consistent in reaching out to families in need across Gambang and Kuantan, personally delivering essential goods into their hands.

This is a quiet act of service—no spotlight, no fanfare—just our members wholeheartedly giving their time and energy, expecting nothing in return.

We believe that the true value of service lies not in its scale, but in its consistency.

With every visit, we build bonds, and through each kind gesture, we gather warmth that reaches more and more families.

为了支持青少年成长与家庭沟通，关丹华扬扶轮社日前携手彭亨佛教会，特邀性教育讲师：郑珍珊老师，共同主办名为《AI时代的青春与亲子沟通》 的公益讲座。

帮助家长掌握新时代的亲子沟通方式，在爱与界限中找到平衡。

协助 13–19 岁青少年提升自我认知、网络安全与情绪觉察。

关丹华扬扶轮社《返回校园计划 6.0》｜林明华小

延续初心，再次回到熟悉的校园。
2026年1月16日，我们在林明华小顺利完成《返回校园计划》第六次社区服务。

《返回校园计划》 专注于孩子们最基本、却最重要的需要 - 本社为全校58位学生准备了校服与校鞋，让孩子们整装待发，以更安心、自信的步伐迎接新学期。

一套校服、一双鞋子，
不仅是学习路上的必需品，
更是一份来自社会的关怀与鼓励。

开学快乐，孩子们！
看到孩子们穿上崭新的校服、脸上绽放的笑容，我们深知这份坚持的意义。
孩子们的快乐，是我们持续前行的最大动力。

此外，本次活动中也特别感谢吉隆坡城中扶轮社的爱心支持，本社代表移交两台笔记型电脑予林明华小，作为学校教学与行政用途。

相信这份支持，将为老师的教学带来更多便利，也为孩子们创造更好的学习环境。

Rotary Club of Kuantan City – Back to School Project 6.0 | SJK(C) Sungai Lembing

Continuing our commitment, on 16 January 2026, we returned to SJK(C) Sungai Lembing to carry out the 6th Back to School Project.

This year, school uniforms and school shoes were provided to all 58 students, ensuring they are well-prepared to begin the new school term with confidence.

One uniform, one pair of shoes—simple necessities that carry care, encouragement, and hope.

And also special thanks to the Rotary Club of Kuala Lumpur City Centre for their generous support. Two laptops were presented to SJK(C) Sungai Lembing to support teaching and administrative needs, helping create a better learning environment for students.

5台笔记型电脑 助力统考优异生升学之路

关丹中华中学日前举行了新学年始业礼，现场迎来一段温馨而充满意义的时刻！

关丹华扬扶轮社秉持关怀教育的初衷，特别颁发5台笔记型电脑，予该校2025年度高三统考成绩优异的5位学生，以资奖励他们优异学业表现，同时协助他们未来升学所需。

这五位同学凭借出色的学业表现脱颖而出，不仅为自己争光，也为学弟学妹树立了良好的学习榜样。

我们深信：“ 教育，是改变命运最有力量的钥匙，而这份小小的助力，能为学生开启更方便的学习之门，同时减轻家庭的部分经济负担。”

我们也衷心感谢关中校长蔡若峰先生对本社高度的肯定与支持。作为扶轮3300地区唯一的华扬扶轮社，我们始终坚定支持民办中学与华文教育，并将持续以实际行动推动社区内的教育工作。

Five Laptops Supporting Outstanding UEC Students

At the new academic year opening ceremony of Kuantan Chong Hwa High School, the Rotary Club of Kuantan City presented five laptops to students who achieved excellent results in the 2025 Senior UEC examination, in recognition of their academic excellence and to support their future studies.

育人之路，贵在长行《关丹华扬扶轮社 - 关丹中华中学教育全额奖助学金》

四个月前，也就是2025年9月4日，我们与蔡校长一同在关丹中华中学正式推介 《关丹华扬扶轮社 - 关丹中华中学教育全额奖助学金》。

那一天，对我们而言，是一份郑重的承诺；
而今天，2026年1月8日，这份承诺，正式兑现。

本社历时6个月，从初步草拟奖助学金简则，再到推介礼以及最后的签约仪式，今天不仅是对本社，对四个家庭，四位孩子而言，都是人生道路上的重要里程碑。

本社在关丹中华中学入学考试结束后，立即开启了奖助学金的审核工作并走入每一位申请者的家庭进行家访工作，深入了解每一位申请学生的家庭背景与成长环境。

审核过程中，本社综合考量学生的家庭状况、品行表现、学习态度及未来潜力，并经过多轮讨论与审慎评估，最终遴选出四位奖助学金得主。

在此，本社正式宣布：《关丹华扬扶轮社 - 关丹中华中学教育全额奖助学金》 得主为：

• 陈国颖同学
• 崔宝怡同学
• 黄彦晨同学
• 方浩天同学

接下来的六年，关丹中华中学将成为他们的第二个家；而关丹华扬扶轮社，也将陪伴他们走过这段珍贵的成长旅程。

本次全额奖助学金涵盖四位学生在关丹中华中学六年的学杂费、住宿与膳食费、活动基金、学生保险，以及新生注册与发展基金等一次性费用。

很开心的是，这四位奖助学金得主也将加入关中扶少团（Interact Club），在学习中实践付出、关怀与服务精神，贯彻扶轮 “超我服务” 的核心价值。

本社也期许四位学生珍惜这份荣耀与信任，在求学期间努力向学、端正品行、积极参与校园与社会服务。

这份赞助支持，并非因为他们 “需要被帮助”，而是因为我们坚信：他们值得被好好栽培。

在此，衷心感谢蔡若峰校长及关丹中华中学校方的信任与支持，让我们有机会携手，为孩子们做一件深具意义的事。

同时，本社也要特别感谢关丹中华中学辅导处的全力协助，特别是林枝璇老师与黄素菁主任，还有全程参与家访，审核与协调工作的社员们。

最后，本社要献上最深的敬意给四位同学的家长。在一次次家访中，我们看重的并非生活条件本身，而是父母对教育从不放弃的坚持，孩子在逆境中所展现出坚韧的品格与对学习的态度，以及一家人相互扶持、共同憧憬未来所散发出的那份感动。

教育，是一场需要时间与信念随行的远征。
关丹华扬扶轮社，愿意继续走在这条道路上。

Nurturing Education Is a Long-Term Journey

On 8 January 2026, the Rotary Club of Kuantan City fulfilled its commitment to the Rotary Club of Kuantan City – Kuantan Chong Hwa High School Full Scholarship Programme, first launched on 4 September 2025.

After six months of planning, home visits, and careful evaluation, four students were selected based on character, learning attitude, family background, and potential.

The scholarship fully supports six years of education and living expenses. Recipients will also join the Interact Club, embracing Rotary’s value of “Service Above Self.”

《暖心学堂》课后免费补习计划 - 结业仪式 温馨圆满

关丹华扬扶轮社于士满慕华小推行的《暖心学堂》免费课后补习计划，自今年7月启动以来，陪伴了 28 位来自四至六年级的学生，在每周二与周四的课后一小时，扎实地补强马来文科目的学习基础。

我社衷心感谢士满慕华小的校长、家教协会与 6 位无私奉献的志愿老师给予了全力配合，使这个以“教育无门槛”为理念的课后补习班计划得以顺利展开。

2025年12月9日，我们在士满慕华小举办了结业仪式，为本年度的《暖心学堂》画上圆满句点。

该计划已于11月中旬结束，回顾孩子们的成长与笑容，这让我们有了更坚定继续做下去的决心！

感谢所有支持这项计划的社员、家长与志愿老师，明年我们将在一月份继续启航，把“课后一小时，一定做得到！”的承诺，带给更多有需要的小学生。

“Warm Heart Classroom” Free After-School Tuition Programme – Closing Ceremony

The Rotary Club of Kuantan City conducted the “Warm Heart Classroom” free after-school tuition programme at SJK(C) Semambu starting in July this year, supporting 28 students from Primary 4–6 with one hour of Malay language reinforcement every Tuesday and Thursday after school.

We sincerely thank the school principal, Parent-Teacher Association, and six dedicated volunteer teachers for their strong support in making this “education without barriers” initiative a success.

The closing ceremony was held on 9 December 2025 at SJK(C) Semambu, marking a meaningful conclusion to this year’s programme. Although the programme ended in mid-November, the students’ progress and smiles have strengthened our commitment to continue.

With heartfelt appreciation to all members, parents, and volunteers, we look forward to resuming the programme in January next year, bringing “One Hour After School — It Can Be Done!” to more students in need.

当天场地布置温馨欢乐，

紧张又惊喜的交换礼物环节，
以及大家最期待的圣诞老人和小丑，
这让大人小孩都沉浸在浓浓节日的氛围里，
每个人的笑容都让整个夜晚更加绚丽。

Rotary Fellowship Christmas Party

The Christmas party of the Rotary Club of Kuantan City concluded joyfully with warm laughter and festive cheer.

The venue was filled with a cozy Christmas atmosphere.
From the creative festive-themed food, to the fun and unique outfits, the exciting and surprising gift exchange, and the long-awaited appearance of Santa Claus and the clown, every moment brought happiness to both adults and children, making everyone fully enjoy the festive spirit. Every smile made the night even more wonderful.

Fellowship is the core value of Rotary. We sincerely thank all members, families, and children who joined us.

《改善学生视力计划》 · SJK(T) Ladang Jeram

2025年11月，我们关丹华扬扶轮社团队来到了 SJK(T) Ladang Jeram，为该校全校学生进行免费的视力筛查，继续推动我们长期进行的《改善学生视力计划》。此计划旨在让每位孩子都能拥有清晰的视野，减少因视力不良而影响学习与日常生活的情况。

在活动过程中，我们的义工与学校老师紧密合作，为全校学生逐一进行检查，协助发现潜在的视力问题，并记录需要后续配镜或进一步护理的个案。孩子们的认真配合，以及老师们的支持，让这次筛查顺利且充满温暖

“Vision Improvement Project” · SJK(T) Ladang Jeram

On November 2025, our team from the Rotary Club of Kuantan City visited SJK(T) Ladang Jeram to provide free eye screening for all students in the school, continuing our long-term Vision Improvement Project. This initiative aims to ensure that every child has clear vision, reducing the chances of poor eyesight affecting their learning and daily life.

During the session, our volunteers worked closely with the teachers to examine each student, identify potential vision issues, and record cases that may require spectacles or further follow-up care. The children’s cooperation, together with the strong support from the teachers, made the entire screening process smooth and heartwarming.
