At the heart of Shavasti's work is TRUTH.

And perhaps one of the hardest truths to face is not what happened to us...

but what we have made it mean about who we are.

I wasn't loved.
I wasn't enough.
I was rejected.
I was abandoned.
I will never have what I need.

The hurt may be real.
What happened may be real.

But is everything we came to believe because of it also true?

This is where Shavasti's work takes us beyond simply understanding our story.

Beneath the explanations.
Beneath the defences.
Beneath the identity we may have built around what happened.

What is actually true?

And what might become possible in your life if you no longer needed the old story to tell you who you are?

We get angry when people lie to us.

But how often do we question the lies we have been telling ourselves?

Shavasti puts it plainly:

β€œThe chief liar in our lives is us.”

Because sometimes the truth threatens something we have spent years believing, protecting or organising our lives around.

And when that truth begins to surface, it can feel frightening.

So we stay with what we know.

Even when what we know has become a prison.

This is where Shavasti offers a powerful image:

β€œA constellation merely opens the birdcage.”

It can reveal.
It can show us another possibility.
It can open something that once felt closed.

But it cannot make the final choice for us.

β€œThe bird must decide to fly.”

And perhaps that is where the real question begins.

What good is an open cage if we continue living as though the door is still locked?

What are we willing to leave behind for more freedom?
What truth are we willing to face?
And when the door opens, are we willing to step through it?

Because, as Shavasti says:

What is a Love Mask?

We often think of a mask as something false.

But what if some of the masks we wear were created for a very human reason:

To be loved.
To be accepted.
To belong.

So we learn what works.

Be nice.
Be strong.
Be helpful.
Don't be difficult.
Don't need too much.
Be the person others can love.

And perhaps it works.

But what happens when the person you learned to be becomes the person you believe you are?

In this conversation, Shavasti speaks about stripping away the Love Mask and what can begin to emerge when we no longer have to organise ourselves around being liked or accepted.

Because beneath the roles, the adaptations and the ways we learned to secure love...

there is still YOU.

And perhaps real freedom is not becoming a better version of the person you learned to be.

Maybe you already know why.

You know what happened.
You know who hurt you.
You know what your childhood was like.
You know what your family was like.
You may even understand why you became the person you are today.

But knowing hasn't necessarily changed everything.

You can understand why a relationship isn't working and still be unable to leave it.

You can work incredibly hard and still struggle to receive more.

You can want success and find yourself pulling back when it gets close.

You can know exactly what needs to change and still not be able to make the move.

At some point, another explanation may not be what you need.

Because the life you are living may be influenced by more than the story you consciously know.

Family Constellation looks beyond the individual.

At belonging.
At love.
At loyalty.
At those who came before us.
At what was excluded, forgotten or left unresolved.
At the places where we may still be entangled with something larger than ourselves.

And sometimes, when something previously unseen becomes visible, we no longer have to fight so hard against what we couldn't understand.

That is where this question becomes deeply personal:

WHAT DOES THE SOUL KNOW
THAT THE MIND CANNOT SEE?

Not because the mind is wrong.

But because it may not have the whole picture.
