🌕🥮 A Month of Mooncakes, Teamwork & Learning!

Last month, our Bloomers Young Adults were busy with a special mooncake project — fulfilling a wonderful church order of 1,130 mini “Doll” Mooncakes! 🎉

Under the guidance of Josephine, our main trainer, our YAs worked together through every step — preparing the dough, shaping and moulding each mooncake, arranging them onto trays, and getting them ready for delivery.

More than just making mooncakes, this was a valuable hands-on work experience where our YAs practised teamwork, focus, responsibility and work skills.

A big thank you to Josephine for patiently guiding and training our YAs throughout the project, together with our dedicated trainers and volunteers. ❤️

🍜 A Day Out for Lunch — Learning & Sharing Together! 😊

Yesterday , our Young Adults (YAs) enjoyed a lunch outing outside Bloomers. They chose their own food, placed their orders, and paid for their meals — putting their everyday life skills into practice. 💳🍽️

But the best part was what happened around the lunch table. ❤️

Everyone took turns sharing about their family photos, telling stories and talking about the people they love. There were plenty of smiles, funny moments and lots of laughter! 😄

Sometimes, learning isn’t just about skills — it’s about building friendships, sharing our lives and enjoying the moment together.

🌕🏮 Bloomers Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration 🏮🌕

A joyful evening of music, friendship and fellowship with our Young Adults, parents, volunteers and friends at Faith Methodist Church.

Our Young Adults proudly performed a Guzheng & Piano Duet, Bloomers Singing Team and Ukulele Solo, showcasing their hard work and growing confidence. 🎵👏

We also enjoyed lantern-making, a lantern parade and dinner together.
