Ten up-and-coming Hong Kong designers presented their collections under the YDC theme, โ€œYOUโ€.

A panel of professional judges selected the award winners from the 10 finalists. Tsui Ao Lung was named Champion, while Kenneth Cheang received both the Excellence Award and the Best Art Direction Award. Jenny Lam won the โ€œMy Favourite Collectionโ€ Award, decided by public vote.

The Shopping Festival (Chinese Mainland), organised by the with support from the Hong Kong SAR Government, took place on 1-20 August and showcased more than 280 brands and 600 products. Consumers enjoyed a wide range of exclusive discounts alongside live-stream sales events on Douyin, JD.com and Taobao. The event generated more than 115 million views across all online platforms, representing a 15% increase compared with last year.

Following the success of the Chinese Mainland edition, the Festival will be held on platforms in Malaysia and Singapore for the first time on 21-27 September. The official website for the ASEAN edition will launch in partnership with Shopee and Lazada in Singapore and Malaysia respectively, featuring more than 350 products and exclusive promotional offers.
