On 25 April 2026, PRIMAS Vice President Dr. A. Sinnaiah @ Seenu attended the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KLSICCI), held from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Perdana Room 1 & 2, Royal Lake Club, Jalan Cenderamulia, Tasik Perdana, Kuala Lumpur.

The purpose of the EGM was to consider the proposed constitutional amendment to introduce Clause 18A on On-Site Electronic Voting for the Election of Office Bearers. The session provided a platform for members to deliberate on the proposal, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance governance practices and modernise the electoral process within the organisation.

On 19th April 2026, PRIMAS Deputy President Mr. C. Krishnan and Vice President Dr. A. Sinnaiah @ Seenu attended the Malaysian Indian Metal Traders and Recyclers Association (MIMTA) 25th Annual General Meeting held at the Royal Lake Club at 9.00 a.m.

PRIMAS was honoured to be part of the MIMTA 25th Annual General Meeting, further strengthening engagement within the industry community. The meeting also provided a platform for meaningful exchange of views on matters affecting the metal trading and recycling sectors, as well as opportunities to enhance collaboration among industry representatives.

On 11 April 2026, PRIMAS participated in the Kejohanan Boling Muhibbah KESTASIS 2026 organized by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Negeri Selangor and Kelab Kebajikan dan Sukan.

The Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran India Malaysia (PRIMAS) says restaurant operators will not proceed with a proposed price increase of up to 50 per cent if the government is able to control rising operating costs affecting the industry
