Welcome to Malaysian Student Exchange Program for all beloved future pharmacists! Reminder! It just gets better every year! Come and have your SEP in Malaysia!

Student Exchange Program (SEP) is an annual mobility program organized by International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) and Malaysia is one of the participating countries joining under the name of Mal

aysian Pharmacy Students' Association (MyPSA). SEP creates opportunities for pharmacy students from around the world to experience firsthand on how pharmacy profession is practiced in other countries. Outgoing SEP (Local students):
SEP IPSF starts a new tenure in October every year. November and December are the months where the application is open for the local student which is a MyPSA member to join SEP. Student can choose whether to join Winter SEP (October-March) or Summer SEP (April-September). Stay focus on the deadline & make sure a good resume & motivational letter are prepared. The list of SEP countries can be checked at sep.ipsf.org

Incoming SEP (International students):
MyPSA conducts SEP around July to August every year (Summer). Besides learning the pharmacy setting in Malaysia, you will also be able to enjoy the beauty & the various culture in Malaysia. The Student Exchange Officer of Malaysia for 2021/22 is Michelle Goy and can be reached at [email protected]

We are looking for dedicated individuals to be part of the Placement-Site Buddies System, providing on-site support for incoming SEP students in Malaysia 🇲🇾

✨ Passionate in serving students
✨ A Malaysian pharmacy student
✨ From one of the placement host university
✨ Available during the placement period (20ᵗʰ July 2026 – 18ᵗʰ September 2026, flexible based on placement)

As a Placement-Site Buddy, you will play an important role in helping incoming students adapt to campus life, navigate their new environment, and feel welcomed throughout their exchange experience 💙
