A prayer for the seasons when you cannot see what God is doing, but choose to trust the One who is doing it.

We may spend much of our lives asking what we are becoming.

Scripture reminds us that the destination was never simply a better version of ourselves.

It is Christ.

“…to be conformed to the image of his Son.” — Romans 8:29

Sometimes we mistake silence for absence.

We look at what hasn’t changed and assume God isn’t doing anything.

But Scripture gives us a different picture.

God is not only concerned with where you’re going.
He is forming who you’re becoming.

The waiting may be producing patience.
The uncertainty may be producing faith.
The struggle may be shaping your character.
And through it all, He is conforming us to the image of Christ.

So perhaps the question isn’t only:

“When will I finally find what I’m looking for?”

Perhaps it is:

“Lord, who are You forming me to be?”

Maybe you’re waiting for the next chapter.

God may be preparing the person who will live it.

Sometimes the chaos in your life isn’t because you need more. It’s because you’re comparing too much.

Looking at what they have.
Where they’re going.
Who noticed them.
Who chose them.
Who seems to be ahead.

Envy quietly convinces you that someone else’s blessing is your loss.

But comparison steals your peace, and jealousy creates battles that never needed to exist.

“For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice.” — James 3:16

Stop looking sideways.

What God has for you doesn’t require you to become bitter over what He gave someone else.

Maybe the blessing you’re praying for isn’t something you need to receive.

Maybe it’s something you need to notice.

1. The people still beside you.
2. The breath in your lungs.
3. The home you return to.
4. The peace you almost overlooked.

Not everything valuable can be bought.

Some things can only be received. My peace I give you — John 14:27

Orang ramai melihat kelemahannya.
Mereka melihat batasnya.
Mereka melihat hidup yang kelihatan “tidak sempurna.”

Tetapi Yesus melihat seseorang yang belum selesai disentuh oleh kasih Tuhan.

Tidak semua penderitaan adalah hukuman. Kadang-kadang Tuhan memakai musim yang sukar untuk menyatakan kemuliaan-Nya.

Di tempat paling gelap sekalipun,
Tuhan masih bekerja.

✨ Yesus masih melihat mereka yang dunia abaikan.
