非常惊讶收到我会名誉会长暨会务顾问龚仲勋乡长逝世的消息，深感惋惜。他多年来对会馆的付出与贡献，实非言语所能表达；如今会馆也痛失一位德高望重的靠山。

愿龚乡长老人家一路走好，安息长眠。

I was deeply shocked and saddened to receive the news of the passing of our Association’s Honorary President and Adviser, Mr. CS Kong. His dedication and contributions to the Association over the years are beyond words, and the Association has truly lost a respected pillar.

May he rest in peace and have a peaceful journey onward.

Good afternoon to all our value fellow members!

Our association will be organizing the “37th Anniversary Celebration Dinner of the Hubei Association of Malaysia”.

The purpose of this dinner is to commemorate the contributions of our founding pioneers, strengthen unity and fellowship among members and fellow provincials, and preserve and promote the rich traditional culture of Hubei. On this special occasion, fellow Hubei natives from all over Malaysia will gather together to reconnect and celebrate our shared heritage.

In addition, university study grants as well as primary and secondary school excellence awards will be presented during the dinner, making this event even more meaningful.

一年一度的新年团拜终于在欢欢喜喜的气氛中圆满举办。大家欢聚一堂，于 稻香中华料理（Dao Xiang Chinese Cuisine Restaurant），Nexus Bangsar South 共叙乡情、共贺新春。

由于今年的聚会地点不在会馆，本会特别安排会馆于当天 上午10:30至11:30开放，供各位同乡参观，并于 上午11:00在会馆门口燃放爆竹助兴，增添新春喜庆气氛。

此次团拜活动共吸引 137位同乡及嘉宾参与，其中也包括 隆雪三江公会代表团一行8人，由 会长宣柱宏、副会长鲍圣明伉俪、总务池国华、执委王龙泉 等乡贤出席。看到这么多来自湖北的乡亲朋友相聚一堂，倍感亲切，也令人十分感动。

在此，我谨代表 马来西亚湖北同乡会，向各位同乡致以最诚挚的新春问候，并衷心感谢大家一直以来对同乡会的支持与关心。

同乡会成立的宗旨，就是 团结乡亲、联络乡情、促进交流、互相帮助。虽然我们身在马来西亚，但 湖北永远是我们的根。希望通过同乡会这个平台，让大家有更多机会相聚交流、互相合作、共同发展。

在新的一年里，我们也期望同乡会继续努力，举办更多有意义的活动，把湖北乡亲的力量凝聚在一起，让我们的乡情更加深厚。
