12.5.2026 Tuesday, Society of the Golden Key Malaysia had the privilege of visiting St. Nicholas’ Home, Penang for a meaningful CSR initiative. 🤍✨

More than just a home, St. Nicholas is a remarkable training centre dedicated to empowering the blind community with essential life skills, independence, and daily living exposure. It was truly inspiring to witness the incredible work and dedication behind every programme and training provided.

Our team was honoured to contribute basic needs and supplies while spending time touring the centre and learning more about their impactful mission. A humbling reminder that kindness, inclusion, and empowerment can truly make a difference in someone’s life.

Thank you to St. Nicholas’ Home for welcoming us warmly and for the meaningful experience. Together, we continue to inspire service through compassion and humanity. ❤️

The 17th Annual General Meeting 2026 officially commenced with an engaging Educational Session and Vendors Presentation, bringing together industry professionals for a day of insightful learning, collaboration, and meaningful networking.

Held at the prestigious Sunway Hotel Georgetown on 11 May 2026, the session marked a strong and inspiring start to this year’s AGM, reflecting our continuous commitment towards professional growth and excellence within the concierge and hospitality industry.
The event also proudly witnessed the presentation of the National Honorary Award to Michael Hanratty in recognition of his outstanding leadership, dedication, and remarkable contribution to the hospitality industry.

A special note of appreciation is also extended to Nagaswaran Pon Ramakrishnan for the warm hospitality, generous support, and for hosting this memorable occasion at Sunway Hotel Georgetown.

For the very first time, Penang proudly hosts this prestigious meeting, welcoming members to this important occasion as we reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and further strengthen our bond in service through friendship. 🤝

Last night at Pampas Steakhouse Old Malaya was truly an exceptional experience. The venue seamlessly blends historic charm with modern elegance, evoking the refined sophistication of the 19th century. Set within a beautifully preserved colonial building dating back to 1919, the indoor dining space offers an intimate and inviting atmosphere that feels both timeless and luxurious. 🏛️🍽️

For a more vibrant, cosmopolitan vibe, the outdoor bar presents a stunning backdrop of the illuminated Menara KL — the perfect setting to unwind while soaking in the energy of the city skyline. The evening was further elevated by their expertly crafted steaks, each prepared to perfection and tailored to our preference. 🌆🥂

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Ms. Shaheera Shahab, Ms. Keri Noor and the entire team for their warm hospitality and memorable culinary showcase.
