Together Against Cancer Association Malaysia (TAC) also known as Persatuan Advokasi Kesihatan Kanser Malaysia, a non-profit organisation

TAC is motivated to provide a unified voice for all patients, to improve access to high quality healthcare in Malaysia through health policy and legislative reforms. Together Against Cancer Association Malaysia (TAC) also known as Persatuan Advokasi Kesihatan Kanser Malaysia, a non-profit organisation is registered with the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (registration number PPM-01

9-10-13082015) and was officially formed on the 13th August 2015. Through advocacy, TAC together with several cancer patient support groups, survivors and healthcare professionals have come together to seek as well as to influence policymakers, political and social leaders, to create an enabling policy and legislative environment and allocate resources equitably.

World Cancer Day Malaysia edition 2026 in Dewan Bahasa Pustaka
Hosted by National Cancer Society Malaysia and Ministry of Health.

Together Against Cancer participated with a booth to share our main objective of finding solutions to affordable cancer care. Dr Lim Chee Han presented our work at the partners spotlight session.

TAC also participated in the inaugural colorectal cancer national taskforce workshop, a sharing from multiple stakeholders and led by like-minded leaders to downstage colorectal cancer by 2030. TAC was represented by Chairperson Nur Aishah Mohd Taib

Two days of sharing, understanding barriers and solutions to affordable medicines.

World Cancer Day Celebration KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA National Cancer Society Malaysia

We celebrated World Cancer Day 2025 in the unique Malaysian style on Saturday 15th February.

UMMC Exercise Support Group - ESG hosted the event in collaboration with TAC and UMCRI.

It started of with an informative workshop on breast and colorectal cancer screening to help cancer survivor have better knowledge on early detection.

Followed by the launch of TAC - Together Against Cancer Association Malaysia 1 million virtual steps! To bring accessible exercise to all walks of life.

And followed by CNY celebrations! No matter what colour or creed, the experience of cancer unites us all!!
