The Women in Arbitration event titled “Bridging the Ranks”, held on 14 April 2026, was successfully conducted and well received by participants.
The event brought together senior and emerging ADR practitioners in a dynamic speed-mentoring format, providing a valuable platform for knowledge-sharing, professional development, and meaningful engagement. Participants had the opportunity to interact directly with experienced mentors, gaining practical insights into career progression, challenges in arbitration practice, and industry expectations.
Overall feedback from participants was highly positive. Attendees particularly appreciated the structure of the session, which allowed for focused and interactive discussions within a short period.
