Courtesy Visit: Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology

The Paralympic Council Malaysia (PCM) welcomed a delegation from Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology (BIFT) for a courtesy visit, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and explore potential areas of collaboration.

The visit also forms part of efforts to strengthen strategic cooperation in education, skills development, industry collaboration and talent development, in line with the broader aspirations of developing future-ready talent.

PCM looks forward to building meaningful connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration with BIFT in the future.

SATU TAHUN MENUJU SUKAN SEA KE-34 & SUKAN PARA ASEAN KE-14!

Kiraan detik rasmi menuju dua temasya sukan terbesar Asia Tenggara kini bermula!

Majlis Peluncuran Sambutan Kiraan Detik Satu (1) Tahun telah berlangsung di Dewan Podium, Kementerian Belia dan Sukan (KBS), Putrajaya, disempurnakan oleh YB Tuan Mordi anak Bimol, Timbalan Menteri Belia dan Sukan.

Dengan tema “Raikan Perpaduan – Celebrating Unity”, Malaysia bakal menjadi tuan rumah kepada atlet-atlet terbaik rantau ini dalam semangat persahabatan, perpaduan dan kecemerlangan melalui sukan.

MEMPERKUKUH PENYELARASAN KE ARAH SUKAN PARA ASEAN 2027

YH Dato’ Sri Megat D. Shahriman Dato’ Zaharudin, Presiden Majlis Paralimpik Malaysia (MPM), hadir ke Bengkel Penyelarasan Sukan SEA ke-34 dan Sukan Para ASEAN ke-14 Tahun 2027 di Pulau Pinang bagi bertemu dan berbincang bersama YBhg. Datuk Abdul Rashid Yaakub, CEO Sekretariat MASOC 2027.

Turut hadir Dr. Ang Kean Koo, Naib Presiden (Teknikal) MPM, yang menyertai sesi penyelarasan bersama Jawatankuasa Pengelola (JKP).

Kerjasama dan penyelarasan berterusan antara semua pihak penting bagi memastikan persiapan Sukan Para ASEAN ke-14, Malaysia 2027 berjalan lancar dan tersusun.

JALUR GEMILANG HANDOVER | ASIAN PARA GAMES 2026

The Malaysian Para Contingent officially received the Jalur Gemilang from the Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Dr. Mohammed Taufiq Johari, during the Jalur Gemilang Handover Ceremony held at the National Sports Council (MSN), Bukit Jalil.

The Jalur Gemilang was received by Chef de Mission (CDM) Kelvin Than Chee Keong, before being passed to Muhammad Nazmi Nasri, who was honoured as the Jalur Gemilang bearer for the Malaysian Para Contingent.

Also present was the President of the Paralympic Council Malaysia, YH Dato’ Seri Megat D. Shahriman Dato’ Zaharudin, alongside representatives and leaders of Malaysia’s sporting fraternity.

A total of 73 para athletes will represent Malaysia across 10 sports at the Asian Para Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, taking place from 18 to 24 October 2026.

The Jalur Gemilang now heads to Aichi-Nagoya, carried with pride as our athletes prepare to represent Malaysia on the Asian stage.

Strengthening Para Sport Through Collaboration

Paralympic Council Malaysia (PCM) was pleased to welcome the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) delegation for a meaningful exchange and visit.

The programme provided an opportunity to share experiences, explore para sport development, and strengthen international collaboration towards a stronger Paralympic Movement.
