Ellisha Othman who Holds 2 Masters degrees, A trained clinical psychologist one of the only 25 women across the world to be an Eisenhower Fellow in 2020.

Ellisha Othman is one of the founders and the current Managing Director of Thrive Well A successful social enterprise with a mission to expand trauma-informed community mental health services to individuals, communities and organizations

Her journey in building Thrive well was an extraordinary one. She started her career in corporate finance in one of the top MNCs in Malaysia. She was destined to be one of the top corporate leaders in Malaysia when she dropped it all to found a social enterprise focusing on mental health

Today that itch that she had to change the world is truly impacting our society. Thrive Well has helped thousands overcome mental health issues, particularly in the underserved B40 market

What made Ellisha drop it all to pursue a purpose? Why drives her to swap from a jet-setting corporate life to going to on the ground to meet poor communities? and what can we learn from a trained physiologist on how to maintain sanity, while pursuing our dreams and purpose?
