1996年7月14日第17届首次会议，理事会授权睦财，仲星，仲佑等负责策划成立青年团。
1997年马来西亚王氏宗亲总会青年团章程草案已完成，并在1998年3月23日，假槟城王氏太原堂举办的王总第二届第五次会议上，通过及接纳其章程。同年大会日举行成立仪式。为配合其呼吁。本会也迅速成立雪隆青年团
在1998年5月24日上午11时35分，第18届首次理事会议商讨策划成立青年团与妇女组。并一致委任仲斌与利平负责成立青年团。
