🚨 JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT YBB vs GYA: APA PERBEDAANNYA?

Sebelum mendaftar, periksa penyelenggaranya. Sebelum melakukan pembayaran, pastikan kanalnya. Sebelum mempercayai sebuah klaim, periksa faktanya.

🚨 JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT YBB vs GYA: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

The same name does not necessarily mean the same organizer, authority, or track record.

A recent article by Dunia Beasiswa highlights key differences between Japan Youth Summit organized by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) and a program using the same name associated with Global Youth Ambassador (GYA).

Some of the most notable differences include:

• The organizer and the basis of authority behind the use of the Japan Youth Summit name
• The scale and international diversity of participants across different editions
• The track record and consistency of program implementation
• The variety of venues used across different editions
• The diversity of speakers and professional backgrounds involved in the program

These differences show why prospective participants should look beyond the name of a program and examine its organizer, track record, documentation, and basis of authority before making a decision.

Before registering, check the organizer. Before making a payment, verify the channel. Before believing a claim, examine the facts.

🚨 GLOBAL YOUTH AMBASSADOR MENGKLAIM JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT RESMI.

🚨 GLOBAL YOUTH AMBASSADOR CLAIMS JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT IS OFFICIAL. WHERE IS THE AUTHORITY?

Japan Youth Summit is not simply a name that can be used by anyone. The Japan Youth Summit organized by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) has a verifiable legal and institutional basis, including intellectual property rights (HAKI) protection for the Japan Youth Summit trademark and curation through SIMT Puspresnas.

YBB firmly states that it has never granted any right, permission, license, or authorization to Global Youth Ambassador (GYA) to use the Japan Youth Summit trademark or organize a program under that name.

Therefore, if GYA continues to use the Japan Youth Summit name and trademark without authorization from the trademark holder, such use may constitute unauthorized trademark use and potentially violate applicable laws, subject to the relevant legal provisions and circumstances.

If GYA claims to have the authority to organize Japan Youth Summit, show the basis and evidence to the public. Claiming to be “official” is not enough. What matters is a document, permission, license, or other verifiable basis of authority.

If such authority cannot be demonstrated, the public has every right to question the legitimacy of the program organized by GYA.

For participants, this issue should not be taken lightly either. Do not take unnecessary risks by registering or making payments to an organizer whose authority is unclear. If a program is found to be organized without authorization or involves unauthorized trademark use, participants may face risks or legal complications depending on the nature and extent of their involvement.

Before registering, making payments, or providing personal information, make sure that the organizer's legal standing and authority are clear.

Do not simply look at the name “Japan Youth Summit.”

Check who the organizer is, whether its authority can be verified, and whether the channels being used are genuinely official YBB channels.

🚨 GLOBAL YOUTH AMBASSADOR CLAIMS JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT IS OFFICIAL. WHERE IS THE AUTHORITY?

🚨 GLOBAL YOUTH AMBASSADOR CLAIMS JAPAN YOUTH SUMMIT IS OFFICIAL. BUT WHERE IS THE AUTHORITY?

Global Youth Ambassador (GYA) has publicly presented itself as the organizer of Japan Youth Summit (JYS). But claiming to be “official” is not enough. The authority behind that claim should be clear and verifiable.

Japan Youth Summit organized by Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) has verifiable foundations, including Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) protection for the JYS trademark and curation through SIMT Puspresnas. YBB also firmly states that it has never granted any right, permission, license, or authorization to any party, including GYA, to use the Japan Youth Summit trademark or organize Japan Youth Summit.

So, if GYA continues to claim that its Japan Youth Summit is official, where is the authority? Participants have the right to verify who the organizer is, what authority they have, and which channels are officially recognized before registering, making payments, or providing personal information.
