Pause, Reflect, Recharge

On 25th February 2026, 10 Executive Committee members of MEWRO gathered at the Lisu Refugee Committee (LRC) for a meaningful Well-Being Retreat.

As leaders representing our respective CBOs and communities, we carry many responsibilities. This retreat created a safe and supportive space to pause and reflect:

💭 What is making me tired?
💛 What do I need at this moment?
🌸 How am I feeling right now?

Through open sharing, relaxation moments, and light snacks, we reconnected with ourselves and with one another.

Caring for our well-being strengthens our leadership and our commitment to the communities we serve.

Special thanks to the Lisu Refugee Committee (LRC) for generously sharing your space and partnership.
