FMC Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Visits FIS Data Link

Today, FMC Kuala Lumpur & Selangor had the opportunity to visit FIS Data Link in Kuala Lumpur for a presentation on their newly developed FIS Car Valuation Programme.

The session allowed us to better understand the system, explore its practical applications and provide feedback from the perspective of automotive industry players.

Accurate and reliable vehicle valuation plays an important role in the automotive industry, particularly in used car transactions, financing and trade-ins.

It was encouraging to see technology being developed to address the industry's needs, and more importantly, FIS's willingness to listen to feedback from industry stakeholders.

Thank you to FIS Data Link for hosting us and for the constructive exchange of ideas.

We look forward to seeing how the programme evolves and contributes to greater transparency and efficiency in Malaysia's automotive industry.

FMC Kuala Lumpur & Selangor had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Bao Lie Jie Auto City during our Guangzhou visit. 🇨🇳🚗

The visit gave our delegation a closer look at China’s fast-evolving automotive retail landscape, from the way automotive businesses are brought together under one ecosystem to how dealers are adapting to an increasingly competitive market.

More importantly, visits like this allow FMC members to exchange ideas, understand different business models and build relationships that may open doors for future cooperation between the Malaysian and China automotive industries.

A meaningful stop, and another valuable learning experience for our members.
