🌟As we grow in our design career, working closely with others towards a business goal becomes a critical skill set. Facilitating strategic conversations and workshops becomes an important role that designers must play.
We know workshop facilitations are great ways to help us understand where business wants to go and how to get there. It gives us the superpower to deliver the design impact that business needs.
But so many questions.

🫶🏼 UX Malaysia is organising a physical masterclass this 20 Jan 2024 in KL (previously 9 Dec 2023 and online) to help you build practical facilitation skills and gain good footing in communication with business.
We're excited to have Alexis Oh, a Malaysian designer now with IKEA in Amsterdam, to give this class.
Alexis has extensive experience facilitating workshops and facilitation for both startups and enterprise teams. So expect to learn theory and foundation, run practical sessions in groups, hear case studies, and learnings reflection.
