This initiative also brings the spirit of JCI RISE — Rebuild, Invest, Sustain, Evolve — to life. JCI RISE is about empowering young people, strengthening the workforce, supporting sustainable growth and building resilience for the future.

We believe preparing our youth is not just about helping them find a job. It is about giving them the confidence to adapt, the skills to contribute and the mindset to become future leaders.
