As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, let us remember that many of our brothers and sisters are suffering and struggling in different parts of the world. In Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, Sudan, Yemen, and other regions, people are living in extremely difficult conditions and facing unimaginable challenges.

Let us make du‘a for their peace and prosperity, and join hands to show our solidarity while extending kindness, empathy, and generosity.

Al-Aqsa Friends’ Society extends our heartfelt wishes to you for a blessed Ramadan! May this holy month, which is marked by fasting and spiritual reflection, bring us closer to Allah SWT and enable us to attain peace, health, and happiness.

Let’s extend our kindness and compassion to those who are less fortunate, and let us pray for our brothers and sisters currently enduring the ravages of war and oppression in Palestine, Sudan, Yemen, Kashmir, and other parts of the world. In particular, let’s pray and offer Sadaqah for the people of Gaza, who have endured continuous bombardment and loss of life at the hands of the Zionist regime.

May we all be guided towards the path of righteousness and be blessed with the spiritual rewards of this blessed month.

"وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ لِمَن يُقْتَلُ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَمْوَٰتٌۢ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَآءٌۭ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تَشْعُرُونَ

And do not say of those who are killed in the way of Allah that they are dead; they are alive even though you have no knowledge of their life." - Al-Quran [2-154]

Al-Aqsa Friends' Society strongly condemns the assassination of Shaheed Ismail Haniyeh Rahimahullah, the former Prime Minister of Palestine and Chief of the Political Bureau of Hamas.

Shaheed Ismail Haniyeh Rahimahullah, along with his bodyguard, was martyred in Tehran while attending the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family and the people of Palestine. Shaheed Ismail Haniyeh Rahimahullah's death is a significant loss for the people of Palestine and the Muslim Ummah. We pray to Allah SWT to grant him the highest place in Jannah. Ameen Ya Rabb Al-Ameen.

Posted • BREAKING: Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas’s political bureau, has been assassinated in Tehran, according to an official statement by Hamas.

Hamas said that Haniyeh “died as a result of a treacherous Zionist raid on his residence in Tehran.”

In another statement, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard said that it would investigate the incident: “We are studying the dimensions of Haniyeh’s martyrdom incident in Tehran.”
