2003月10月31日是一个值得庆祝的日子，这一天吉隆坡中华大会堂在1970年社团注册法令下注册成功，实实在在成为马来西亚其中一个华团，可以名正言顺为华社争取权益，谋求福祉。
吉隆坡中华大会堂或简称隆华堂宣布成立以来，不断受到一些华团的攻讦和引起社会议论迴响，隆华堂在筹备期中承受巨大压力，但却无碍争取注册的决心和努力。
隆华堂犹如在汪洋大海中飘流的小舟，以大无畏精神迎面惊涛骇浪，乘风破浪，滿载风雨，终于登抵彼岸。
