🌱 Rooted in Purpose. Growing Together. 🌍

On this Earth Day, Skål International Kuala Lumpur (Club 179) proudly joined hands with Rotary District 3300 and fellow NGOs for a tree planting initiative at Rotary Peace Park, Bestari Jaya.

A special tribute to our President, Sk. Mahendran Daniel, who led the charge for this meaningful initiative — your dedication to building a better world, beyond the boardroom, truly inspires us all. 👏🌿

The event was graced by distinguished guests including the State Assemblyman, representatives from Selangor Tourism and the Selangor Water Management Authority, the Rotary District Governor, Mrs. Earth Malaysia, and leaders from various NGOs — a true coming together of community and purpose.
A heartfelt thank you also to our own Sk. Glory, Rajj, and their family members who turned up for our planet. Your presence means everything! 💚

We extend our deepest condolences to the victims, their families, and everyone affected by the tragic incident at Bondi Beach.

Our thoughts are with the Bondi community and all those impacted during this incredibly difficult time. As a global tourism and hospitality community with strong ties to Australia, we stand in solidarity with our friends, colleagues, and loved ones.

May those who lost their lives rest in peace, and may strength and comfort be with all who are grieving. 🕊️

With are indeed sad to hear the news of the passing of our beloved skalleague Calvin Cv Kok and our heart goes out to our skalleague member Lily Lio as he was her spouse.

Such a cheerful, fun and amazing person.

May his soul rest in peace.
