Dr Jchanet Tan was invited as a gueat speaker at the UTAR MHSS AMSA Health Day 2026, sharing the importance of sleep health, recognising the signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA), and why quality sleep is one of the most overlooked pillars of overall health and wellbeing.

Many people accept snoring, waking up tired, poor concentration and daytime fatigue as "normal". They are not. Early awareness and early intervention can make a significant difference to our health, productivity and quality of life.

Today, our Founder & Principal Consultant, Jchanet Tan, attended the Official Launch of the AWS CendekiAwan 2026 Energy Nexus AI Hackathon at Taylor's University as a Distinguished Guest — alongside industry leaders from AWS, the Energy Institute Malaysia, and Taylor's School of Computer Science.

The message from the stage was clear:

AI requires human context and framework to deliver meaningful results.

Without self-awareness, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate with clarity — even the most powerful AI tool cannot give you what you need.

Officiated by YB Anthony Loke, Minister of Transport Malaysia, this is not just another awareness programme.
