RYO is a network (an independent “Refugee Youth Organization”) aiming to raise the voices of young refugees, to make them more visible & to advocate for their rights, to make a change in refugee children education and their rights, inclusion into the host societies. RYO is a vehicle for change as we seek to promote youth empowerment and raise awareness about the challenges as well as needs of refu
gee youth & refugee children in Malaysia. RYO recognizes the need to give voice to the aspirations of refugee children education and refugee youth, and we are specifically reaching out to refugee youth between the ages of 15 to 35 to join RYO and participate in our training programs. RYO seeks all youth who are committed and ready to stand up for change within your organization or community. We also seek your participation in connecting us with any youth within your organization who are willing to organize for social justice in the refugee community. Objectives

* To support UNHCR to implement the educational programs for the refugee children.
* Organize and coordinate the cultural events, sports, educational seminars,
Motivational seminars and necessary exams for the children.
* To support UNHCR to implement the programs for refugees.
* Interface with the Malaysian government or UNHCR to enable children to sit for the foundation exams.
* Contribution to the development of refugee children education.
* To defense the right of refugees youth.
