MFA was honoured to attend and officiate the Cambridge English For Life (CEFL) Open Day on 11 July 2026 at CEFL Kota Damansara. Representing MFA at the event was the Secretary General, Mr. Kairul Azman Mohd Yusoh.

A valued member of MFA since 2006, CEFL has consistently played an active role in supporting and participating in various MFA programmes and initiatives over the years.

MFA paid a visit to Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari Sdn Bhd on 9 July 2026 at its headquarters in Balakong as part of its ongoing engagement with MFA members.

As a valued MFA member for the past eight years, Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari has maintained a strong relationship with the association while continuing to strengthen its presence in the Malaysian retail industry.

With a proud history of more than 30 years, the company has successfully established itself as a trusted household brand, serving families across Malaysia, today, the company operates over 122 outlets nationwide and has set an ambitious target to expand by an additional 200 outlets within the next three years, reflecting its strong commitment to growth and market development. Beyond business expansion, Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari is also actively involved in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including programmes for students, charitable activities, and community support efforts that continue to make a positive impact on society.
During the visit, the management team shared their current business strategies and future plans, including their target to increase the outlet up to 200 in 3 years.

The visit was lead by MFA Main Committee members Mr. Khalek Awang, accompanied by Madam Zuraida Jomri (Chief Executive Officer) and secretariat. Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari was represented by Mr. Teoh Teng Guan (Company Director), Mr. Teoh Shao Zhe (Corporate Strategy Manager โ€“ External), Ms. Teoh Yi Shan (Corporate Strategy Manager โ€“ Internal), and Mr. Kviin Ng (Head of Brand Development).

VISIT TO BIR ALI SDN BHD

MFA had the pleasure of visit to Bir Ali Sdn Bhd. Established in 2023, BIR Ali has achieved remarkable growth, expanding to more than 40 outlets nationwide, with 30 new outlets targeted for 2026. Even more encouraging, 20 of these expansion opportunities were generated through leads from the Franchise International Malaysia (FIM) 2026 exhibition.

As an Islamic kindergarten offering a JAIS-endorsed Sunnah- and Hadith-based learning module, BIR Ali continues to set itself apart with a distinctive, values-driven approach to early childhood education.

During the session, the BIR Ali shared their inspiring business journey and franchise expansion plans. They are currently in the process of register their franchise through MyFEX 2.0, marking another significant milestone towards becoming a fully established franchise brand.
