153km from the city, 73 villagers in Kampung Sungai Sampo, Negeri Sembilan, were living without reliable electricity.

Today, 27 homes have clean solar energy. RM12,312 saved in estimation. 2.1 tonnes of CO2 avoided. All made possible by Tokio Marine through our Kampung Solar project.

This is not their first time here. Every return means another community with access to clean energy. For that, we are grateful 🙏☀️

At our mid-year townhall, every team member voted for their peers across five categories. The Golden Boot, The Assist, The Captain's Armband, The Golden Glove, The Extra Time Award.

No manager shortlist. Just the people who see each other every day, saying: this person.

We also shared programme achievements for the first half of 2026, wrote anonymous appreciation letters, did trivia, and dressed in football jerseys for the whole thing.

This is the culture we've built. We're hiring people who want to be part of it.

Can you convince a parent in a kampung to let their child change their future? That is essentially what this role is about.

SOLS Foundation is hiring a Student Recruitment Officer to go into communities, build trust with families, and bring B40 and Orang Asli youth into programmes that open real career pathways for them.

You will spend most of your time on the ground. PPRs, villages, schools, and community centres across Malaysia. If you have existing ties to these communities, that is a stronger qualification than any certificate.
