With gratitude, we gathered at the completed NKF SivaSanta Dialysis Centre in Batang Kali, Selangor, reflecting on the journey that brought the centre to life. Operations will commence soon, providing affordable, life-saving dialysis treatment to communities in need.

We were joined by volunteers, donors and supporters, as well as Dr Nur Ariffin, Head of Medical at the National Kidney Foundation, whose guidance has been important in bringing the centre closer to opening its doors.

The day also carried a special moment with Aunty Parvathy Sharma, who had kept a knitted piece for the past seven years, waiting for this day to present it.

Mr Karupiah, a respected community leader in Hulu Selangor, was also deeply touched by the prayers and his visit to the centre. He is now helping to reach B40 kidney patients in the area so they can benefit from its services.

Equipped with 12 dialysis machines, the centre has been planned in accordance with KKM and CKAPS standards, with provisions for future expansion.

Our thanks to everyone who has supported SivaSanta along this journey. We look forward to opening our doors soon and serving those who need these services most.

On behalf of The Temple of Fine Arts, SivaSanta & Annalakshmi, thank you for joining us for Under The Palmyra Tree. We are deeply grateful that you shared this special evening of music, memories, laughter and togetherness with us.

Your presence meant far more than simply filling a seat.
