According to the United Nations World Urbanization report, more than half of the global population currently lives in urban areas. This number is projected to increase to 70% by 2050. The Congress topic which is focused on "urbanization" is vitally important and crucial because it impacts all aspects of real estate and population growth as well as how cultures adapt to these changes.
