*Early Detection of Chronic Kidney Disease - Free Health Screening @ 24/08/2025* (2nd)

Please join us for the Free Health Screening on this coming Sunday 24/08/2025 from 9am to 1pm at Yayasan Amal Maaedicare.

As part of the Training Plan for Global Grant, a training will be organised for the Rotarians from 10am to 12 noon by:

🎬 HAPPYBARA: A YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FESTIVAL RECAP 💛

On 19 April 2025, the Rotary Club of Bukit Angkasa with Rotaract D3300 transformed KL Gateway Mall into a vibrant, stigma-free zone where youth came together to learn, share, and connect! 🎉

This one-day Mental Health Festival brought together over 100 youths, parents, educators, and professionals for an experience packed with real talk, practical tools, and capybara-level cuteness 🐾✨

We tackled the big stuff—
🤖 AI & mental health
😮‍💨 Anxiety & depression
💔 Trauma & relationships
🚨 Crisis signs & su***de
📚 Study & career stress
🍽️ Lifestyle & self-care
📱 Digital wellness
🧠 Mental health careers
🧳 Generational baggage
—all through keynote talks, panel discussions, and small-group learning booths, led by psychologists, doctors, counselors, and trained professionals.

Every participant got a Journey Card and interactive booklet to guide their experience—and walked away with a limited-edition capybara blind bag keychain that doubles as a cute and calming fidget tool.

🩸 Plus, we hosted a blood donation drive to promote holistic health and community care.

Happybara 2025 showed just how powerful youth-led mental health spaces can be—engaging, supportive, and built for real impact. This is what real support looks like—and we’re just getting started.

On 23 September 2023, we celebrated the Rotary Club of Bukit Angkasa Installation of President Alison Tan and the RY 2023-24 Board of Directors. The theme was "Enchanted," and the evening was truly magical, graced by the presence of Guest of Honour DGE Arvind, Rotarians from all over Malaysia, and international guests from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand. 🇹🇼🇭🇰🇹🇭🌍✨

🌟 Highlights of the night included the signing ceremony with our sister clubs, Rotary E-Club of New Taipei Cycling, Taiwan, and Rotary Club of Khohong, Thailand We were also treated to memorable performances by the talented children of Opus Music Academy. 🎶✨ And who can forget the thrill of the Lucky Draw and the fun of the 360 camera spin booth? 📸🎉
