Our Story

An acronym for Yayasan Perintis Malaysia (Malaysia Trailblazers Foundation), MyPerintis was founded on 19th June 2019 to promote Youth Activation and Purposeful Lifestyle. MyPerintis was officially launched by Y.A.B Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia and Patron, on 23rd August 2019. Formerly known as Pertubuhan Perintis Malaysia, the registered Non-Governmental Organization was established in 2015 under the same patronage inspiring more than 100,000 Malaysian FutureShifters.

With its core focus in Education, Employability, Entrepreneurship, Arts and Culture, and Volunteerism, MyPerintis was sparked by the desire to inspire youth to rise above their challenges, to dare explore their maximum potential and to make an impact in the world that advocates meaningful and progressive change as caring and productive citizens. MyPerintis intends to focus on high quality youth engagements and aims to be the youth' advocacy and research platform for youth related policies, and a centre for them to upskill and develop their non-academic outside-classroom potentials.

Recognizing the need to guide and support our youths towards rightful opportunities that contribute to the making of a better Malaysia, MyPerintis endeavors to collaborate with leaders, industry experts, prominent public figures and inspiring individuals to serve as an effective platform in shaping our youths to become responsible, considerate and confident FutureShifters who will ultimately thrive in all areas of their life.
