Remembering Our Beloved Rotarians :A Luncheon of Live and Legacy
On 14th March 2026, The Rotary Club ifvTitiwangsa gathered for a heartfelt Luncheon to pay tribute to the incredible luves and legacies of our dearly departed Past District Givernor Dato' Dr Low Teong , Past President David Eng Bee Lian and remembering PP Isabelle Lalita . It was a beautiful afternoon of fellowship, reflection and shared memories where we celebrated their immence contributions to our Club, District and Community. Their spirit of Service Abive Self continues to inspire us all.
They may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

After losing her son‑in‑law, Bindi Rajasegaran challenged a mental health system struggling under stigma and limited resources. 💭

“The more I researched, the more surprised I was at the condition of mental health in our country,” she says. “Number one, it was taboo, unspoken of. The number of suicides and mental health problems among the youth was horrifying, and nobody was talking about it.”

Now, Rotary members in Malaysia are partnering with national initiatives to help break the silence and take action.

Medical Camp sponsored jointly by the Rotary Club of Titiwangsa and the Rotary Club of Bandar Utama D3300
Date :19th December 2925
Time : 9.30 am to 3 pm
Venue: Kampung Penyau Orang Asli Village1., Royal Belum Forest, Hilir Perak
What an amazing adventure by members of both Rotary Clubs and special assistance from Hospital Gerik for medicines that was dispensed by their Pharmacists. We had Mejar ( Dr)Chew Wei Wern , Dr Nicole Lim Li Jia , Rtn Dr Agas , led by Rtn Dr Vicknes of RC Bandar Utama together with Rotarians from both Clubs making the arduous 5 hours drive Journey to Grik then to Banding Jetty in Belum another hour and a 45 minutes boat ride to the Kampung Penyau.
49 patients came which included most neighboring villages and we saw beautiful mothers , children and their men folk coming forward to see the Doctors and Dentists that was present.
Thankful that we were able to bring cheer, wellness and to be of Service to this Christmas.
A special shout out to our Rotary Friend Sri who sourced out sponsors for some of our Giidues to the families in the Village..
We thank our Brothers and Sisters from the Rotary Club of Bandar Utama for their extended hand in allowing us to work together in Service and for the fine fellowship that was shared.

Dear Rotary Friends,
It is with much sadness that we received news of our member Past President David Eng Bee Lian who the most senior (in terms of Rotary years) of the Rotary Club of Titiwangsa has just passed away.
Please join me in keeping thoughts of David in your hearts as his family members make preparations with regards to his wake and final rites.
Details will be shared once it is made available to us.
Our thoughts and sympathies lies with Neice Melinda Yong and PP David's Family.
