shown in improvement is obvious, why? In Passion Advanced TMC, we first emphasize in “bonding” via support and care like a family:
- we provide a stress-free community – members are not pressured to do speeches, nor taking up roles, nor being blamed for last minute pull-out.
- we empower members through one-to-one mentoring and coaching in anything and everything when they need help.
- we ensure improvement by giving one-to-one debriefing or second feedback.
- we make sure your time is well-spent on the meeting, and you are refreshed and happy after attending the meeting – because, on top of public speaking and leadership, we always have fun by playing games, we learn English and gain health knowledge, and we watch what world champion speakers do and how they perform. In Passion Advanced TMC, we have the sense of community belonging, every meeting is like a family gathering; besides, we will build a better self for career success and for more fulfilling life.
