During a recent visit to S*k, Kedah, Dato’ Seri Mustapa Mohamed spent time with our programme participants, visiting their homes, seeing their farming activities, and most importantly, listening to their experiences, challenges and hopes for the future.
Behind every programme are real people working hard to build a better livelihood.
🐝 Puan Norzana, a single mother who runs a small sundry shop, is now building an additional income stream through Madu Kelulut farming, creating another source of income for her family.
🐝 En. Nazri, a passionate kelulut farmer, continues to expand his bee logs and has taken his learning a step further by innovatively producing kelulut-infused soap using natural ingredients.
🐔 En. Mohd. Sukri, one of our participants in the ongoing Ayam Kampung Kacukan programme, is making the most of the space around his home by growing food for his household while working towards increasing his income.
These may seem like small changes, but they represent something bigger, greater confidence, new skills, additional income opportunities and stronger self-reliance.
