Khumi Refugee Community 1. In response to growing social protection needs, the Sami Region Christian Fellowship convened a general meeting to provide support and structure.

"This organization, KRC, adheres to UNHCR regulations and provides assistance with specific social and refugee-related issues for ethnic groups from the Sami region in Malaysia." About the Organization
The Khumi Refugee Community (KRC) is one of the Myanmar refugee organizations based in Malaysia, operating under the guidance of UNHCR. Our organization was officially established on March 21, 2013,

following a separation from the Paletwa Khumi Community, which had faced challenges in administration and leadership. Today, we are known as the Khumi Refugee Community (KRC), headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Accreditation with CRC
In the year following our establishment, KRC engaged in discussions with the Executive Committee of the Chin Refugees Committee (CRC) to join their network. Shortly thereafter, we were officially welcomed as a member under CRC administration. Since then, KRC has worked collaboratively with both CRC and UNHCR to address urgent social issues affecting refugees. These include support for individuals facing medical challenges, disabilities, pregnancy, and other critical conditions.

3. Who We Are
The Khumi Refugee Community (KRC) operates in affiliation with CRC and UNHCR, with a mission to promote and support social welfare for those in need. We advocate for and assist individuals who have fled Myanmar due to war, religious persecution, political oppression, racial discrimination, and other forms of injustice. As a community of stateless and persecuted people, we believe in the power of humanity, resilience, and dignity. Our commitment is to uplift and support those who are mentally and psychologically affected, helping them rebuild their lives with hope and strength.

My Services Website ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၄) ရက်မှ စပြီး အသုံးပြုသွား မည်ဟု UNHCR မှ အသိပေးခဲ့သော်လည်း ပြုပြင်ရန် ဆက်လက်ရှိနေသည့် အတွက် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၅) (ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့) မှ သာ စတင် အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း UNHCR မှ ပြန်လည် အသိပေးလာခဲ့ပါသည်။

- My Services မှ လျှောက်ထားရန် အလျင်စလို မလိုအပ်ပါ။

- မိမိတို့အဆင်ပြေသည့်အချိန်တွင် Registration နှင့် Application များကို ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

- ယခင် Refugee Malaysia Website မှတစ်ဆင့် တင်သွင်းထားသော Application များအားလုံးကို UNHCR မှ လုံခြုံစွာ သိမ်းဆည်းထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ UNHCR မှ Community Leaders များအတွက် Briefing ကို မကြာမီ ပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို ဆက်လက်မျှဝေပေးသွားပါမည်။ ဒုက္ခသည်များအနေဖြင့် မဟုတ်မမှန်သတင်းများကို မယုံကြည်ဘဲ UNHCR နှင့် UN အသိအမှတ်ပြု Community ရုံးများမှ ထုတ်ပြန်သော တရားဝင်အသိပေးချက်များကိုသာ ကိုးကားပေးကြပါရန် အသိပေးတိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။

• Fraud & Corruption တိုင်ကြားခြင်း
• Voluntary Return Counselling လျှောက်ထားခြင်း
• ဖုန်းနံပါတ် Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Family Inclusion လျှောက်ထားခြင်း စသည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည်။


My Services Portal သည် UNHCR တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်မထားရသေးသူများ အတွက် အွန်လိုင်းမှ တိုက်ရိုက်လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည့် စနစ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

✅ Appointment Date နှင့် လျှောက်လွှာအခြေအနေ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း

✅ Specific Needs (မသန်စွမ်းမှု၊ ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အထူးလိုအပ်ချက်များ) တင်ပြခြင်း

⚠️ UNHCR တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ပြီးသူများ (UN ရပြီးသူများ) သည် Registration အသစ် ထပ်မံလျှောက်ထားရန် မလိုအပ်ပါ။

#သတိပြုရန်
- My Services Account ဖွင့်ရာတွင် အသုံးပြုသော Email နှင့် ဖုန်းနံပါတ် သည် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော (Active) အခြေအနေတွင် ရှိရပါမည်။
- Email နှင့် Password ကို သေချာစွာ မှတ်သားထားပါ။
- Refugee Malaysia (RM) Reference Number ရှိသူများသည် လျှောက်လွှာဖြည့်ရာတွင် မဖြစ်မနေ ထည့်သွင်းရပါမည်။

UNHCR သည် ဒုက္ခသည်များအပေါ် ရန်လိုမုန်းတီးမှုများ (Hate Speech) လျော့နည်းစေရန် မလေးရှားအစိုးရ၊ Mainstream Media၊ NGOs နှင့် လူမှုကွန်ရက်မီဒီယာကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် ဒုက္ခသည်များအနေဖြင့်လည်း မှန်ကန်သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ၊ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရသော သတင်းများနှင့် Page များကိုသာ မျှဝေ (Share) ပေးကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

Qualitas Health နှင့် UNHCR တို့ ပူးပေါင်း၍ မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံရှိ Qualitas ဆေးခန်းများ တွင် UNHCR Card နှင့် Community Card ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူများအတွက် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သက်သာစွာဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေပါသည်။
