We are now two months into the year, and the CABE 2026 CPD Year is now open for logging.

Remember that waiting until later in the year to begin logging CPD can make it harder to remember what activities you did, write up your learning objectives and evidence the learning.

CPD Tips:
▪️Block 10 minutes in your diary each month to log the CPD from the month to upload learning as you go,
▪️Save evidence of completion in one place; and,
▪️Add a short reflection on what you learned and how aided your development.

Got a CPD gap? Get in touch if there are some areas of learning you'd be interested in, to help us tailor our offering and don't forget to check the CABE Competency Management System's learning library: https://cbuilde.com/page/CMS

CABE Members need to sign in to their CABE account to log their CPD for 2026.

The Association is delighted to announce that Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) has officially joined CABE) as an international academic partner. This is a significant milestone, as UniMAP is the first academic partner representing Malaysia to join this prestigious Association. This partnership opens the door for numerous opportunities between UniMAP and CABE. We anticipate an increase in the number of UniMAP colleagues and students registering for CABE membership, which will further enhance professional exchanges between our two institutions. It will undoubtedly foster deeper collaboration within the built environment.

CABE is thrilled to welcome UniMAP into its collaborative network and looks forward to a fruitful partnership. In addition, the region is excited to announce that the CABE Malaysia International Conference will take place on 24 April 2026. We warmly invite representatives from UniMAP to attend and share the latest insights and developments across the sector. CABE representatives will also have the opportunity to visit UniMAP and conduct a membership briefing for their students during a planned visit to Malaysia next year.

We look forward to strengthening our ties with UniMAP and working together to advance the industry. This partnership marks the beginning of a promising journey, and we are eager to see the positive impact it will have on our community.
