In Honour of Tun Dr. Ling Liong S*k 🤍

Malaysia bids farewell to a statesman whose leadership helped shape the nation’s progress. As President of Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) from 1986-2003 and Minister of Transport (1986-2003) he guided Malaysia through pivotal years of growth, contributing significantly to infrastructure, connectivity, and national stability.

His vision lives on through milestones such as the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, reflecting his belief in Malaysia’s economic potential.

Remembered for his humility, steadiness, and sense of duty, his legacy will continue to inspire.

Rest in peace, Tun Ling Liong S*k.

Today, Chairman Datin Wira Kym Sit personally visited a single mother whose children couldn’t attend school as there wasn’t even enough money for the bus fare.

In her small rented flat, there is no fridge, no washing machine, no sofa, no TV — only endless struggles to survive.

Together with our committee, Ms. YY & Karry, we listened to her story, brought groceries, donated, bought new clothes, and even surprised her with a birthday cake she had not celebrated in years to give her warmth, hope, and strength. 🌹

Despite her hardships, we wanted to bring positive energy and remind her that she is never alone. 💕

在 Datin Wira Kym Sit 的带领下，团队齐聚Yulek Pasar，举办了一场温馨的 新春慈善公益活动！❤️

当天，我们为 单亲妈妈、OKU（残障人士）及长者 送上 新春礼品袋、橘子、红包，让他们感受佳节温暖。同时，我们也走访市场摊主，派发柑橘和红包，感谢他们一年的辛勤付出。

现场更有 舞狮、财神派福、锣鼓喧天，欢乐满溢！🎊 公益不止于节日，让爱与温暖持续传递！

In celebration of the Lunar New Year, Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras, led by Datin Wira Kym Sit, together with the team from First Pavilion Global Berhad proudly joined the annual charity event by the Spastic Children’s Association of Selangor and Federal Territories (SCAS&FT).

We contributed 100 festive goodie bags to bring joy & warmth to the amazing children of the association. The event featured a heartfelt performance by the children, followed by a lively “Loh Sang” session filled with laughter & festive cheer.

Today, the Chairman of Datin Wira Kym Sit visited Sungei Wang Plaza’s management office to present a red packet to Mr. Andy in support of single mothers.

Through Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras, she also supported single mothers by purchasing their homemade Chinese New Year cookies, bringing festive joy while empowering them to earn extra income.

Thank you to Sungei Wang Plaza for providing this platform to uplift and support single mothers.

The Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras team, led by Chairman Datin Wira Kym Sit, visited the Persatuan Kebajikan Wen Hua orphanage to share the Christmas spirit. We brought fresh organic vegetables, lunch boxes, and Xmas gifts, bringing smiles & holiday cheer to the children.

The visit was filled with laughter,embodying the true meaning of Christmas.

We will be continuing these meaningful efforts, ensuring that no one feels left out of the festive celebrations.

Earlier this week, on the 18th, under the leadership of Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras Chairman, Datin Wira Kym Sit, the team delivered fresh organic vegetables and nutritious lunch boxes to the Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kasih Sayang elderly care home in Alam Denai. These thoughtful gestures ensured the elderly residents enjoyed a wholesome and heartwarming meal.

Guided by the home’s management, the team toured the facility to better understand its daily operations and identify areas where additional assistance may be needed. The visit was filled with joy and laughter as they interacted with the residents, who shared their love for singing and dancing. Their youthful and vibrant spirits left a lasting impression on everyone.

Looking ahead, the team is excited to plan a small festive celebration for the upcoming Chinese New Year, aiming to bring even more joy to these wonderful seniors. Through initiatives like this, we hope to spread warmth, support, and positivity throughout the community.
