Is this really your SOP for serving acquisition notices to shop owners and business owners?
Important legal notices concerning the acquisition of land — hung on ropes from shop pillars like a bunch of bananas at Desa Sri Hartamas commercial? 🍌
These are notices that directly affect property owners, businesses, livelihoods and potentially their rights. Surely there must be a more proper, professional and accountable way to serve and display them.

DBKL’s Pesticides Team has placed rat poison around Desa Sri Hartamas.
After their backlane homes were demolished with the tree removal, these poor rat families are now homeless and desperately looking for new accommodation.

Behind the scenes — making Desa Sri Hartamas the commercial township business owners want to be in.

A fruitful meeting with DBKL’s Jabatan Perancangan Infrastruktur covered the proposed opening of the backlane behind Eatalia / Ayu Borneo.

The Association proposed adding proper parallel parking, while ensuring the backlane remains accessible to Bomba and emergency vehicles.

As the project is CSR-sponsored by Optimax, the contractor will review and rework the plan to see what is feasible.

Small changes. Practical solutions. A better Desa Sri Hartamas.

Landscape @ Tepi Ambank Desa Sri Hartamas. In 2023, DBKL tore down the illegal Hawkers structure located next to Ambank. DBKL Landscape team took over and reclaim back what it's meant to be. Green Open Space for public usage.
